I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to an event I had to attend, and right off I-65, but the service fell short as they barely spoke English and ignored our request for peace during mid-shift. The dining options were good with multiple choices, but the facilities lacked self-service laundry which was disappointing.
